Shipping Options:
Standard Shipping with the Noida:
Delivery Time: 5-7 Hr.
Cost: Free for orders over ₹5000. For orders below ₹5000, a flat rate of ₹50 applies.
Express Shipping:
Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
Cost: ₹150 for all orders.
International Shipping:
Delivery Time: 7-14 business days
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Order Processing:
Processing Time: Orders are processed within same day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Delivery Information:
Delivery Address: Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays.
Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If the package is not delivered after three attempts, it will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery.
Customs and Duties:
For international orders, customs and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Returns and Exchanges:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 7 days of receipt.
